Properties are Pretty Unique in Northwest Wisconsin

 

I service 5 counties in Northwest Wisconsin: Sawyer, Washburn, Bayfield, Douglas, and Burnett. Each of these counties has cities, townships, lakes, rivers, trials, and lots of public land. The properties in this area are each unique making valuing these properties for sale somewhat tricky. Since we sell a lot of unique properties in the area, we have experience with many different types. While property can have unique features, it's pretty uncommon for us not to have had some exposure to those unique features. It definitely keeps our skills honed as agents in this beautiful area of the country!
