Great getaway property with a Lake Superior view! Stairs could be installed to create easy lakefront access if that is wanted, or some scrambling for sure footed folks could get you down to the waters edge as well. High water levels currently leave little beach down there, but more normal lake levels gives a nice sand/cobble beach to use. Current owners kept a camper out here for many many years as a place to relax by the lake. A new owner may consider doing the same, or perhaps look into building something more permanent if that's more your style.
